This film was created for Alexandra College in Dublin, a fiercely independent school that prides itself on educating girls in a way that fosters an independence of spirit, freedom of thinking and builds character, going far beyond the remit of a standard school.

Inspired by the evocative nature of Eavan Boland’s timeless poem The Pomegranate, this piece meets parents who are considering sending their daughter to boarding schools. By stepping into their shoes, the narrator gives credence to the thoughts within a parent’s mind, guiding them through trepidation and into their daughter’s bright future, where Alex gently awaits.
